What is the LLC going to be? 

Developer is The Karsten Company, E. Weymouth, MA and the LLC is Southern Dunes LLC. All Reservation Checks to be made out to Flynn Law Group. 

How many homes are there in total?

There are 42 homes at Copper Cove within 3 buildings. Building A contains 15 homes, Building B contains 21 homes and Building C contains 6 homes. 38 homes are market rate and 4 are staying as an “affordable rental”

How many stories are in the building?

Each building is three stories.

How many bedrooms are in the homes and what are square footage ranges?

• One bedrooms are approximately 950sqft (In Master Deed ranges from 975-983)

• Two bedrooms are approximately 1,120sqft (In Master Deed ranges from 1,055-1,125)

Is Parking included with each home?

Parking is included per plan. Additional parking is available for purchase.

What is the tax rate in Plymouth? 

The residential real estate tax rate is $13.71 per $1,000. We anticipate the tax to be assessed at 100% of your purchase price.

 Is there a warranty with the homes?

No. You are purchasing a “like” new home not a new home. All items will be fixed before a buyer closes if repair is needed.

Do the homes have private outdoor space?

Yes, some of the homes have private outdoor space.

What are the amenity offerings?

There are numerous area amenities including; beaches, shopping, dining, and historical sites – many within walking distance of Copper Cove. Copper Cove Village is located within the historic downtown Plymouth waterfront area. We are a short walk to Plymouth Rock, the landing site of the pilgrims and a short drive to Plymouth Plantation.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, no more than two ordinary domestic pets (no weight restriction).

What are the monthly HOA fees and what is included?

$443 includes Water/Sewer, Exterior Maintenance, Snow Removal, Trash Removal and Security System

What are the rental restrictions for Homeowners?

Min. 1 year

How do I reserve a home at Copper Cove?

A non-binding reservation agreement with a $1,000 reservation deposit. At signing the P&S, a 10% deposit (less initial reservation deposit) is required to secure the purchase of your home. Checks made out to Flynn Law Group.
